Our History
Arbor Station was started by Stansco, Inc. in 1974. It consists of eight Villages that were built at different times over the years. Some of the Villages consist of several phases. The original village constructed was Springwood Village and the latest major addition was Arbor Crossing in 1990. One of the best ideas started by Stansco was the concept of trying to put houses on the lots without removing all the old growth trees, this has allowed Arbor Station to have the look and feel of a wooded area while being very close in to the business district in Douglasville.

Our Villages are:
ARBOR CROSSING, CREEKWOOD VILLAGE, KNOLLWOOD VILLAGE, LAKEWOOD VILLAGE, PARKWOOD VILLAGE, OAKWOOD VILLAGE, SPRINGWOOD VILLAGE & WINDWOOD VILLAGE.
Over 36 acres of Common Ground, which is owned, operated and maintained by ASHOS, is found throughout Arbor Station.
